Repair your vehicle safely and use a Quality Control System to monitor and record the repair process.

Whenever possible provide a replacement courtesy vehicle on a fault claim and ensure that you understand the vehicle's controls.

Only fit Manufacturer supplied panels during the repair process, ensuring that your vehicle is returned to its pre accident condition.

Record any defects not connected with the accident damage that the repairer discovers either prior to or during the repair process, and to report these defects to you.

Provide an estimated completion date and to ensure that you are kept informed about the repair process in a courteous, timely and professional manner.

Make sure you are aware, before the repair is commenced, what payment is required from you; also to confirm payment methods for example cash, cheque or credit card.

Ensure that all repairs are properly completed and that Anti Corrosion treatments are applied in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide you with a 3-year written Anti Corrosion Warranty booklet, to incorporate a feed-back from which you can use to assess and report the quality of the member's services.

Operate a documented and transparent Complaint's Procedure, which acknowledges complaints properly.

Prominently display this Code of Conduct and Good Accident Repair Scheme signs both internally and externally.
